With over eight years of experience in the mattresses, pillows, and sleep solutions industry, he has been instrumental in establishing the Company's presence in the market and driving its growth. He provides strategic leadership across the Company's business operations, manufacturing, product development, marketing, and corporate planning. His entrepreneurial vision, strong business acumen, and commitment to quality and innovation have played a significant role in strengthening the Company's operational capabilities and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.

Mrs. Khyati Modi is a Promoter and Non-Executive Director of Magenta Lifecare Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master of Computer Applications degree from Gujarat University. Having been associated with the Company since its incorporation, she possesses over six years of experience in the mattresses, pillows, and sleep solutions industry. Her educational background in commerce and information technology, combined with her industry experience, enables her to contribute effectively to the Company's strategic planning, business development, and corporate governance initiatives. She actively supports the Board in fostering sustainable business practices and strengthening the Company's long-term growth strategy.

Mr. Vipinchandra Somalal Modi serves as a Non-Executive Director of Magenta Lifecare Limited and has been associated with the Company since December 2022. He completed his secondary education from M. S. Patel Sarvajanik Vidhyalaya, Nasvadi, and brings over 45 years of rich professional experience in the field of human resource management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed extensive expertise in workforce management, organizational administration, and leadership development. His vast experience and practical approach to people management provide valuable guidance to the Board, contributing to the Company's governance framework, organizational culture, and sustainable business growth.

Ms. Nidhi Bansal serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of Magenta Lifecare Limited. She is a qualified company secretary having deep understanding in the corporate governance, regulatory compliance. As an Independent Director, she provides an objective and unbiased perspective on matters relating to corporate governance, risk management and business ethics, thereby strengthening the Company's governance framework and Board oversight. She contributes to the Board through her independent judgment, professional approach, and commitment to transparency and accountability. Mr. Nandish Shaileshbhai Jani has been serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Magenta Lifecare Limited since July 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Aroma College of Commerce and possesses over ten years of professional experience in the fields of accounting, taxation, and financial management. His expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls enables him to provide valuable strategic guidance to the Board. As an Independent Director, he plays an important role in strengthening corporate governance practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting informed decision-making in the best interests of the Company and its stakeholders.
